How to report sick
Three steps. If you do it right, we have time to find a substitute, and you keep your right to pay during sickness.
- 1
Day 1
Call your manager
Call your operations manager no later than 3 hours before your shift. A text message is not a valid sick report. If your manager does not answer, send them a text and call +45 75 67 65 11 when the office opens at 8:00. A text or a voicemail on its own is not enough.
- 2
Day 2
Send the sworn statement
No later than the 2nd day of sickness, you send the sworn statement for sick leave. You get a link from your manager, or you can find it here on this page.
- 3
Before you return
Report fit for work
Call your manager no later than the day before you start again. Do not turn up without reporting fit for work, because a substitute may have been booked.
If you do not send the statement on time, you can lose your right to pay during sickness from the 2nd day. If you have more than 10 sick days in a year, you will be invited to a sickness absence meeting. Open the sworn statement
What do I do if …
-
If you get injured
Tell your manager or a health and safety representative. All injuries and near misses are recorded digitally, and we follow up with you.
-
If you experience bullying or harassment
Go to your nearest manager, HR or a health and safety representative. If it concerns a manager, you can go directly to the HR manager. Everything is handled confidentially.
-
If you or a colleague need help
If someone has problems with alcohol or other drugs, the manager helps with a referral to support and a plan for returning to work.
-
When you leave
Hand in your work clothes to your nearest operations manager.
Rules at work
From our health and safety policy. You receive it when you start, and you can always read it below (in Danish).
- 01
ID card
If the customer requires it, you get a visible ID card with your photo. Otherwise you must always be able to show valid identification.
- 02
Work clothes
Work clothes are always worn when you work and must be clean and neat. You wash them yourself.
- 03
Confidentiality
You must keep everything you see and hear at customers confidential. This also applies after you have left the company.
- 04
Smoke-free workplace
No smoking indoors or in company cars, including e-cigarettes. Smoking only in your breaks and in the designated areas.
- 05
No alcohol or drugs
Neither during working hours nor just before you start. It is for your own and your colleagues’ safety.
- 06
Zero tolerance
We do not accept bullying, harassment or abusive behaviour. This applies towards both colleagues and customers.

At the customer
